Why You're Stuck in the OCD Loop

You've read books. Maybe you've tried therapy. You know OCD is keeping you trapped. But no matter what you do, the worry keeps pulling you back in.

  • What if I missed something?

  • I know I should stop checking but what if this time is different?

  • I just need to know for sure, and then I can move on.

There's More Than One Way to Break Free from OCD

Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy works for many people but if it hasn't helped or feels too overwhelming, you have options.

Inference-Based CBT (ICBT) takes a different approach. Instead of exposing yourself to fears, ICBT helps you understand why OCD doubts show up in the first place so you can stop getting pulled in.

In this class you'll learn:

How to Recognize OCD Doubts Before They Pull You In

The #1 OCD Mistake That Keeps You Stuck in the Cycle

How To Stop Believing Worst Case Scenarios

About Your Presenter

Sarah Kertz, PhD

Dr. Sarah Kertz is a clinical psychologist and OCD specialist who has helped many people break free from obsessive thought loops. She specializes in evidence-backed therapies, including ERP and Inference-Based CBT, an approach that helps people stop relying on compulsions and start trusting themselves again.

She earned her PhD from the University of Louisville and trained for two years at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School, where she developed expertise in evidence-based OCD treatments. Over the years she's seen how ICBT can radically change the way people relate to their thoughts, without needing formal exposure-based strategies.

Clients often say to me "Why didn't anyone explain OCD in this way before?" ICBT has given me another powerful tool kit to work with OCD and I'm looking forward to sharing it with you in this mini-class.
