OCD Support that Meets you Where You Are

A private, self-paced program to find relief without pressure to share, force exposure, or fight harder.

The Part That No One Sees

OCD has a way of taking over. The constant overthinking. The fear that one wrong move could mean something terrible. It's exhausting.

Maybe you’ve tried therapy. Maybe it helped, maybe it didn’t. But the idea of forcing yourself to stare your worst fears in the face? That never felt possible to you. Or maybe the pressure to show progress made it just felt like too much, too fast.

Here's what could start to change...

You wake up and your first thought doesn’t send you into an anxiety spiral.

You still have thoughts. They still show up. But they don’t pull you in the way they used to.

You catch the story as it starts to build.

Instead of falling into the old loop of checking, questioning, asking for reassurance, you pause. You recognize what’s really happening. You see OCD’s tricks before they take over.

You make a choice and move on, even if the doubt is still there.

Because you’ve started to trust your own judgment again.

And those times when you used to feel stuck for hours?

Now it might take five minutes. Some days, it barely shows up at all.

Inside, you’ll learn how to take back control of your mind...

  • See OCD for what it really is and stop blaming yourself.

  • Spot OCD’s voice before it takes over.

  • Understand the OCD logic that keeps your doubts alive.

  • Learn how to pause when fear hits so you don’t fall into the same exhausting loops.

And rebuild trust in yourself, step by step...

  • Resist the urge to seek constant reassurance, finding your own way forward.

  • Make decisions, even when you're unsure.

  • Trust your own judgment without needing to be 100% certain.

What You'll Find Inside the Self-Guided OCD Program

This isn’t another "watch and hope it helps" kind of thing. It’s a guided path designed to help you think more clearly, feel less consumed by doubt, and stop second-guessing everything.

Break Free from the Spiral

When you understand how OCD pulls you into the spiral, you can finally step out of it.

Instead of getting stuck in endless loops of anxiety, you’ll learn to move forward with confidence.

Escaping the Doubt Trap

OCD makes you feel like you just ‘have to be sure’—but what if you already are?

You'll learn why OCD makes some doubts feel urgent and why logic doesn’t seem to shake them.

Trust Your Judgment

Your real-world knowledge is stronger than OCD’s tricks. In this module you’ll practice trusting your own reasoning again, instead of giving in to the pull of compulsions.

You’ll feel more confident making everyday decisions without second-guessing or needing certainty.

Live Like Your True Self

When OCD isn’t controlling your time and attention, what does your life look like? Now that you’ve learned to break free from OCD’s doubts, it’s time to live life that's in alignment with your values and goals.

As you move forward, you'll pull all the pieces together so you can be present for your friends, family, and work in a calm, confident way.

About the Program Creator

Fifteen years ago, I thought I knew everything about treating OCD. I had my PhD from University of Louisville, training at Harvard Medical School and McLean Hospital, and I was using exposure and response prevention, considered the "gold standard" treatment.

But I kept seeing the same thing, smart, capable people who would do their exposures almost perfectly, who understood the importance of tolerating uncertainty, but were still trapped by thoughts that felt REALLY convincing.

A few years ago, I discovered Inference-Based CBT, and a lot of things changed. Not just for my clients, but for me, and how I understand what OCD is.

This program is
a direct result of that change and I’m excited to share with you.

I’ve now taught this approach to dozens of clients in 1:1 therapy and group settings, and I’m excited to bring it to you in this innovative format.

It is possible quiet your mind and find relief from OCD.

The Self-Guided OCD Program FAQs

Is this a replacement for therapy?

This isn’t therapy, and it’s not meant to replace a therapist if that’s something you need. It’s a self-guided program built by a licensed therapist and based on what actually works for clients in real life. It’s great for people who aren’t in therapy, want something to work on between sessions, or just need a starting point that feels doable.

Will this work for the kind of OCD I have?

This approach is meant to help with all OCD themes. If your OCD involves doubt, intrusive thoughts, mental checking, or needing to feel certain—this will likely be a good fit. That includes harm OCD, relationship OCD, moral/religious themes, contamination fears, and more. If you’re constantly asking “what if?” in your head, this approach can help.

Do I need to keep up with a schedule?

Not at all. You’ll get access to all the lessons, and you have six months to move through them. You can go fast, go slow, or pause when life gets busy. There’s no such thing as falling behind.

Is there a guarantee?

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer when it comes to OCD. What I can tell you is that this program is based on an approach many therapists use every day with clients. It’s helped many people who felt stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what to do next. That said, this isn’t a magic fix. It takes effort, honesty, and time. If you're willing to do the work, this program gives you the tools and structure to move forward in a way that feels grounded and doable.

How long is the program?

The program is designed to be completed over about 12 weeks, but there’s no deadline. You get access for twelve months, so you can move at your own pace. Some people go through it in less time, others take longer. There’s no rush and no “falling behind.” It’s built to fit into your life, whatever that looks like right now.
